Sturdy and structurally sound. In excellent, original vintage condition. Normal, minor signs of wear and use, dings/scuffs in wood. Some pilling on upholstery, very minor fraying at one corner of seat cushion, and small pink spot about the size of a pencil eraser on the front edge of seat cushion.
