Traditional Chinese woven willow, and reed basket with bentwood handle. Dates between late 19th - Early 20th century. Excellent for dry food storage, foraging, as a market tote, or home decor.
Sturdy and structurally sound. Great antique condition. With minor wear and reed damage consistent with age and use. Close-up photos detail small sections of the reed wrap missing or broken around the rim. Scuffs and dings on the wood handle are also detailed in the photos.
